Due to the growth of the company Legal Entity Service Manager is required

Responsibilities:

  1. Interacts with customers – legal entities.
  2. Responsibility for the loyalty of existing customers and attracting new ones.
  3. Advises existing and potential subscribers on services, tariffs, terms of connection and maintenance
  4. Accepts applications from subscribers, monitors their execution
  5. Interacts with the technical department of the Company on connection and customer service issues
  6. Negotiates with representatives of legal entities about the possibilities, options and cost of providing them with communication services, concludes contracts, attracts new subscribers
  7. Performs outgoing calls to subscribers
  8. Issues invoices and controls their payment

Growth prospects:

  1. to create a department for legal entity support
  2. to build a customer service system
  3. to build a system to attract new customers

Skills and abilities:

  1. Higher education
  2. Sales experience to legal entities
  3. Experience in support of legal entities
  4. Ability to negotiate with persons who make decisions
  5. Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory, knowledge of Greek is desirable
  6. Confident in PC, Word, Excel
  7. Experienced in working with documents: contracts, invoices
  8. Work experience in a telecommunication sphere is desirable
